This policy explains what information HyperApply collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We only use your data to provide and improve the Service.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), your resume/CV and the information extracted from it (work history, education, skills), job application activity, and billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not collect more than we need to provide the Service.
How we use your information
To autofill job applications on your behalf, generate AI-written responses and cover letters tailored to your profile and each job description, match you with relevant roles, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data.
Third parties we work with
We use trusted third-party services to operate HyperApply: an AI provider to parse resumes and generate written content, a cloud storage provider to store uploaded files, and a payment processor to handle credit pack purchases. Each only receives the data necessary to perform its function.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@hyperapply.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email support@hyperapply.com to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
