These terms govern your use of the website, browser extension, and related services provided by HyperApply, Inc. ("HyperApply", "we", "us", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Using HyperApply
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — assisting with legitimate job applications — and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of your resume, profile information, and any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant HyperApply permission to process that content — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely to provide the autofill, response-writing, and matching features described in our Privacy Policy.
3. AI-generated content
HyperApply uses AI to draft answers, cover letters, and other application content based on your profile. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before it is submitted to an employer. HyperApply does not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or outcome of AI-generated content.
4. Credits and billing
HyperApply is pay-as-you-go: credit packs are a one-time purchase with no subscription or auto-renewal, and purchased credits do not expire. Every account also receives a free monthly allowance of credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." HyperApply does not guarantee that any job application will be successful, that any specific employer or platform will always be supported, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
